South Carolina ETV and Public Radio (SCETV) will be a permanent exhibitor at the 157th Annual South Carolina State Fair, taking place Oct. 15-25 at the Columbia fairgrounds. Fairgoers are invited to visit the SCETV booth inside the Ellison building to explore SCETV+, Sound Shift, educational resources, and voter information ahead of the 2026 South Carolina General Election while meeting SCETV personalities.

Visitors to the booth can explore SCETV+, SCETV’s new streaming platform that launched Oct. 10. SCETV+ brings SCETV original productions, public affairs programming, educational and cultural content, curated collections and national programming from public media distributors together in one personalized, curated experience. Fairgoers can learn more about the new platform and discover new ways to access SCETV content at home or on the go.

Fairgoers can also learn more about Sound Shift, a new 24/7 HD radio and streaming music service from SC Public Radio designed to provide a continuous, thoughtfully curated soundtrack throughout the day. Available statewide across radio streaming platforms, Sound Shift features classical music during the morning and daytime hours before transitioning to jazz, indie and alternative music in the evening.

Ahead of the 2026 South Carolina General Election, SCETV will also provide voter resource information to help South Carolinians access candidate information, election-related reporting and in-depth analysis across television, radio and digital platforms. The resources are part of SCETV’s ongoing effort to provide trusted, non-partisan election information and support informed voting decisions throughout the election cycle.

Throughout the fair, attendees can also enjoy special opportunities to connect with SCETV programming and personalities. They include Making It Grow cast and crew, including hosts Amanda McNulty, Terasa Lott, and Vicky Bertagnolli, from noon to 2 p.m. Oct. 15; SCETV Chief Meteorologist Tim Miller and Reagan Knight, host of SC Public Radio’s All Things Considered , from 6:45 to 10 p.m. Oct. 16; and Gavin Jackson, host of This Week in South Carolina and SC Public Radio reporter Maayan Schechter, 11 a.m. to noon Oct. 20.
