Peyton Bryant

Peyton Bryant serves as managing partner and broker-in-charge for Trinity Partners’ Columbia, South Carolina, office. Bryant is responsible for the firm’s day to day operations, recruiting, and attracting new business to the firm’s brokerage and property management divisions. He has been consistently recognized for his professional accomplishments and contributions to the community, including Heathwood Hall Episcopal School’s Anne T. Weston Distinguished Alumni Award (2018) and Columbia Business Monthly’s Best and Brightest 35 and Under (2020). He graduated from the Columbia Chamber’s Leadership Columbia program in 2014. Bryant serves on the boards of the Columbia Chamber of Commerce (chair-elect), United Way of the Midlands, Midlands Technical College Foundation, Heathwood Hall Episcopal School, South Carolina Chapter of CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member), and the Midlands Housing Trust Fund.
