Jeff Ruble

Jeff Ruble is president and CEO of the Columbia Area Development Partnership, an organization that created in 2025 to handle the area's economic development needs. Ruble has served at regional and statewide economic development groups for 30 years attracting businesses to South Carolina. He is nationally accredited and has completed post-graduate work at the University of South Florida, Georgia Tech, the University of Oklahoma, the University of South Carolina and Harvard University. Ruble served as president of the South Carolina Economic Developers Association, and serves on the boards of Accelerate SC, I-77 Economic Development Alliance, and the Columbia USC Incubator. He’s also a member of the International Economic Development Council and the Southern Economic Development Council.
