Peter Brown

Peter Brown is founder, owner, and managing partner of Colite International, a global manufacturer of retail and corporate identity signage, and Colite Technologies, a sustainable energy company specializing in lighting, solar, EV, and other sustainable power generation systems. Brown serves on the Columbia City Council, representing District 4, and is chairman of the Economic Development and Infrastructure Committee. He is a member of the board of directors of the University of Georgia Terry School of Business, Entrepreneur Program and MUSC Children’s Hospital Advisory Board, and is a former board member of the Human Gathering and the former chair of South Carolina Jobs Economic Development Authority and Invest SC.
