John Starmack

John Starmack worked for Big 6 consulting firms leading enterprise IT consulting initiatives, including the planning and implementation of the South Carolina courts modernization efforts that began in 2000. In 2013, he joined TM Floyd & Company and in 2020 became the CEO. As CEO, he has led the company on an unprecedented growth journey in terms of new clients, client longevity, community involvement, recognition, and teamwork.
