Jay Swearingen has worked with BPS for 31 years, and he became managing shareholder in 2024. Swearingen says he’s very proud of the firm, the people who work there, and the dynamic clients they serve. He serves on the boards of directors of local not-for-profits, including South Carolina United FC and Richland Baseball, Inc., and he has coached local youth sports teams.
