Frank Cason

With more than two decades of experience in commercial real estate, Frank Cason has led projects up and down the East Coast. He founded Cason Development in 2015 and has since delivered projects for many national retailers, and multiple local projects that earned historic preservation awards and features in publications like Garden & Gun and Food & Wine. Cason is driven by a belief that Columbia’s potential is far greater than its current horizon. He and his team build strategic partnerships with a focus on creative collaboration, intentional design and long-term value. Equally committed to investing in people, Cason leads a team devoted to long-term excellence and personal, professional, and spiritual growth. An active member of First Presbyterian Church, Cason has served in numerous leadership roles, including elder, deacon, and chair of the property and media committees.
