Bret Estridge

Bret Estridge has served as president of M. B. Kahn Construction, LLC, since Jan. 1, 2025. Previously serving as executive vice president, Estridge has successfully managed well over $2 billion in high-profile construction projects throughout his 22-year career. In this new role, he leverages his extensive experience to advance the company’s strategic direction, enhance client relationships, optimize operational performance, and drive financial success. He holds a degree in construction management with a minor in business administration from East Carolina University. Estridge is a graduate of Leadership Charlotte Class 36 and maintains several industry credentials, including the LEED Accredited Professional and a GC License from the National Association of State Contractors Licensing Agencies. He is also an active member of NAIOP, the Commercial Real Estate Development Association.
