Kim O’Quinn has been elected president of the 2026 board of trustees for the Building Industry Associate of Central South Carolina Charitable Foundation.
O'Quinn joined the board of trustees in 2016, after establishing the Jon Ryall “Live Big” Scholarship -- which is administered through the Charitable Foundation -- in memory of her late husband who had been in the industry for more than three decades. Since 2016, more than $62,000 has been awarded to Midlands-area college students attending Clemson University through this scholarship.
O'Quinn previously served on the BIA board of directors and is past-chairman of the Sales & Marketing Council. She has been honored with numerous industry awards, including the Building Industry Association of Central South Carolina Associate Member of the Year, the prestigious Frank Clark Award by the Home Builders Association of South Carolina, repeat winner of the Sales & Marketing Council Marketing Director of the Year, and countless awards for her advertising and marketing campaigns as well as her philanthropic activities.
O'Quinn recently joined Haven Homes as chief marketing officer and also provides Marketing Consulting Services to Lifestone Homes.
