Mark Scriven

Mark Scriven is a current shareholder with Elliott Davis, LLC. His experience includes both SEC registrants and private institutions. He has also provided various consulting solutions including financial due diligence services, private equity valuation services, initial public offerings, and debt/equity offerings. He is a firm specialist in both current expected credit losses (CECL) and SOX/FDICIA internal control audits. In addition, Scriven is part of multiple organizations, including the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the South Carolina Association of Certified Public Accountants, the South Carolina Bankers Association, Independent Banks of South Carolina, the Georgia Bankers Association, the Florida Bankers Association, and the Pennsylvania Association of Community Bankers, as well as the United Way Young Leaders Society, Leadership Columbia, and is on the board of directors for The Cooperative Ministry.
