How do you define leadership?

Leadership is the ability to bring people together around a shared goal and move ideas into action. It’s not about having all the answers. It’s about creating clarity, building trust, and helping others engage in a way that leads to progress. I focus on practical wins that build momentum over time. When people feel informed, aligned, and confident in their role, real solutions become possible.

What one thing have you learned that has served you well over the years?

I’ve learned that meaningful growth rarely comes from big, sweeping changes. It comes from small, practical wins that build trust and momentum over time. When I focus on what is achievable and bring the right people along, even complex challenges start to move. That approach has helped me navigate both policy work and business environments, where long-term success depends on relationships, credibility, and consistent follow-through.
