Welcome to New Beginnings OB/GYN. Established in 2003, Dr. Hines has become an integral part of this community caring for many of the same women since she opened the doors of her private practice. Dr. Hines’ clinical staff includes two physician assistants and four nurses to take care of you from the beginning to end of your visit, and address any concerns you may have afterwards. The administrative staff takes pride in getting to know patients by name and making everyone feel welcome the moment they arrive.
