Mindset/Lifestyle Coaching
"You are currently aligned for the life that you live, let me help you align for the life of your dreams." - Che' Lovelight
For over 25 years I have studied the powers of the mind and spirit, efficiency, and transformational communication tools for people and organizations.
I have also shed over 100lbs, navigated a rewarding yet roller coaster career, loved toxic energies, divorced and created my dream businesses. (not necessarily in that order :)
My simple framework for personal and professional success starts with being selective with your thoughts & identifying right actions; which then develop a LIFESTYLE that supports the manifestation of your Dream Life!
